I found the hotel to be excellent for families. the rooms were very clean and well kept. i especially liked the variety of food options available. There was something for everyone. the staff were always friendly and willing to help.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway.

The polynesia hotel had a good look and feel. it was clean and well staffed. the shuttle bus allowed us to get to other hotels and the water park. i used the hotel pool and visited the local beaches. A short taxi ride gave a nice change of scenery.

the hotel staff was really friendly. they helped me with anything i needed. the pool area offered plenty of sun loungers. there was also a kids club available if parents wanted to use it. the food had lots of choices like fresh fruit.

the hotel rooms, although clean, had squeaky beds. this made it difficult to have a restful sleep.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful!!! I loved the excellent variety of food offered. Our room was clean, and the balcony had plenty of space for sunbathing. The pools were clean and safety was a BIG priority.

The gym could use some updating.

The buffet offered themed dinners nightly, so there was always a good variety of food. I also appreciated fresh fruit and vegetables being available at every meal, it was AMAZING!!! It really suited everybody's needs.

The reception staff gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. Staff were really friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I received a late checkout at 12 pm, VERY useful with my toddler.
